Creates the Tourism Development and Support Fund to be administered by the Tunica County Tourism Commission in consultation with the Mississippi Development Authority and Board of Supervisors.

Fund proceeds may be expended on projects designed to encourage new tourism products, economic diversification, grants to private businesses for tourism development, and as matching funds for state/federal grants related to tourism.

Establishes that no funds from the Tourism Development and Support Fund may be expended without consent of both the Executive Director of the Mississippi Development Authority and the Board of Supervisors of Tunica County.

Authorizes Tunica County Board of Supervisors to levy tourism taxes up to 3% on hotel/motel room rentals and up to 3% on restaurant and bar gross proceeds from food and beverage sales, with proceeds dedicated to the commission after retaining 3% for collection costs.

Requires the commission to develop annual plans for attracting visitors, promoting conventions and tourism, and mandates annual audits by an independent certified public accountant with reports filed to the county.
