Authorizes the Mississippi Levee Board and Yazoo-Mississippi Delta Levee Board, along with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, to enter private lands for surveys, soil borings, and other official levee-related business

Requires personnel entering private property to make a good-faith attempt to announce and identify themselves and their intentions before entering

Personnel must present documentation identifying them as authorized when requested by property owners

Levee boards remain liable for any damages caused to land or persons during entry onto private property

Makes minor technical corrections to existing law regarding county references in the Mississippi Levee District
