Reenacts and amends the Mississippi Professional Massage Therapy Act to regulate massage therapist licensure, practice standards, and school requirements.

Requires massage therapy licenses to be prominently displayed and mandates applicants undergo fingerprint-based criminal background checks through Mississippi Department of Public Safety and FBI databases.

Requires applicants to pass both a board-approved examination and a new Mississippi State Law Examination covering the Professional Massage Therapy Act and board regulations.

Extends the automatic repealer date of the massage therapy licensing provisions from July 1, 2013, to July 1, 2018.

Exempts massage establishments with six or more licensed massage therapists from certain advertising requirements and updates school accreditation timelines, including a three-year grace period for schools that lose accreditation.
