Exempts commercial and real property owners, operators, managers, and their employees from civil liability for injuries caused by conditions on premises that are "usual" and that visitors should normally expect to encounter

Shields property owners from liability for injuries caused by negligent, grossly negligent, or intentional conduct of third parties who are not employees or agents of the property owner

Allows recovery for third-party attacks only if the injured party proves by clear and convincing evidence that: the attack was unprovoked and occurred in a common area, the property owner's conduct impelled the third party's actions, and the attack proximately caused the damages
