Appropriates $312,754.00 from the State General Fund for the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.

Appropriates an additional $203,851.00 from the State Treasury to the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions for the Commission with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Authorizes the Commission to escalate and expend up to $84,050.00 from special sources in accordance with Department of Finance and Administration rules.

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format as Fiscal Year 2013 and submit future budget requests in comparable detail.
