• Appropriates $216,134,311 in general funds and $374,816,293 in special funds to the Department of Mental Health for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).

• Allocates $18,951,886 from the Health Care Expendable Fund for specific mental health services including Alzheimer's disease services, Medicaid matching funds, psychotropic drugs, holding centers, group homes, crisis centers, and physician services.
