Appropriates $2,059,301.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).

Authorizes 14 permanent full-time positions for the board with restrictions on salary increases and personnel actions unless specifically exempted by law.

Grants the Board of Pharmacy authority to receive and expend up to $250,000.00 from available sources for office space leasing, relocation costs, utilities, janitorial services, office equipment, and security system installation.

Authorizes a salary increase of $3,299.00 for PIN 26 position within the appropriated funds.

Establishes that funds must be expended in compliance with state law prohibiting agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation, effective July 1, 2013.
