Appropriates $74,805.00 from the Special Fund in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014).

Requires the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple bids are received with equal price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bids.

Mandates expenditure of appropriated funds in compliance with Section 27-104-25, Mississippi Code of 1972, prohibiting state agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation.

Directs the State Treasurer to pay funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions signed by authorized personnel.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
