Appropriates $1,766,257.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's office and staff for fiscal year 2014 (July 1, 2013 - June 30, 2014).

Appropriates $654,132.00 from the State Treasury for additional Governor's office and staff expenses during the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 34 permanent full-time positions, 1 permanent part-time position, and 7 time-limited full-time positions for the Governor's office.

Appropriates $547,455.00 from the State General Fund for operation and maintenance of the Governor's Mansion and residence, with 4 permanent full-time and 1 time-limited full-time position authorized.

Authorizes the Governor to accept and expend up to $350,000.00 from any source for Governor's Office expenses, with preference given to Mississippi Industries for the Blind in procurement decisions.
