Authorizes the City of Southaven, Mississippi governing authorities to enter into contracts for commercial, corporate, business or private enterprise naming rights on city park buildings and structures.

Allows contracted names to appear on buildings, literature, letterhead, or other items as specified in the contract agreement.

Permits contract terms to extend beyond the current governing authority members' terms of office, in the discretion of the city.

Requires contracts to provide fair and adequate compensation to the City of Southaven that reflects the benefits, name recognition, advertising, and publicity provided to the private enterprise.

Allows the city to negotiate and enter naming rights contracts using the same procurement method authorized for professional services contracts.
