Exclude parental actions or decisions that would end life from the amendment's protections.

Prohibit treaties and international law from superseding, modifying, or interpreting the parental rights guaranteed by the amendment.

Urge state legislatures to call upon Congress to propose this amendment, requiring ratification by 3/4 of states to become valid.
