Commends and congratulates the Belhaven University "Blazers" Men's Soccer Team for winning the 2012 NAIA National Championship on December 1, 2012, defeating the University of Mobile 2-0 in Montgomery, Alabama.

Notes this was Belhaven's second national title, achieved on the 20th anniversary of their first national championship, with the team posting a 19-4-1 record and three shutouts in five tournament games.

Recognizes individual achievements including Victor Lawrence as Tournament MVP, Tom Cosgrave as Defensive Player of the Tournament, goalie Carl Blundell on the All-Tournament Team, and midfielders Eduardo Cruz and Tom Gavin as All-Tournament players.

Lists all 54 roster members and coaching staff of the 2012 team.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Head Coach Brian McMahon and Belhaven University President Dr. Roger Parrott and distributed to the Capitol Press Corps.
