Commends and congratulates University of Mississippi quarterback "Bo" Wallace for winning the 2012 C Spire Conerly Trophy on November 27, 2012

Wallace, a sophomore from Pulaski, Tennessee, completed 3,206 total offensive yards during the 2012 season, the second-most in Ole Miss history, and threw 22 touchdown passes (fourth on the school's single-season list)

Wallace was named MVP of the BBVA Compass Bowl where Ole Miss defeated Pittsburgh 38-17 on January 5, 2013, completing 22 of 32 passes with 3 touchdowns

Previously a backup at Arkansas State, Wallace transferred to East Mississippi Community College where he led the team to a National Title in 2011 before being recruited to Ole Miss by head coach Hugh Freeze

Resolution directs that the commendation be presented to Wallace and forwarded to Coach Hugh Freeze and University of Mississippi Chancellor Dan Jones
