Recognizes Clark's 30-year professional baseball career including 13 years as a Major League player (.264 average, 62 home runs, 284 RBIs) and subsequent coaching and managing roles with multiple organizations.

Documents Clark's managerial achievements including winning 2 league titles as a Minor League Manager (2003-2008), Texas League Championship with Corpus Christi Hooks in 2006, and managing the Houston Astros' final 13 games in 2009.

Notes Clark's attendance at Jackson State University where he was team MVP and top hitter in 1982-1983, and his induction into the Jackson State Sports Hall of Fame in November 2000.
