MS HB1003

Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-14-11 to authorize the State Board of Health to set applicable fees for licensing and registration of radiological health entities.

Requires all initial application, registration fees, and annual fees to be paid directly to the State Department of Health and deposited into the Radiological Health Operations Fund in the State Treasury.

Repeals Section 45-14-31, which previously prescribed a fixed schedule of fees for radioactive material licenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
