Creates the Mississippi Physician Order for Sustaining Treatment (POST) Act to authorize execution of standardized physician orders directing health care decisions, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, sustaining treatment levels, antibiotics, and medically administered fluids and nutrition.

Requires the State Board of Medical Licensure to promulgate a standardized POST form with specific sections for treatment preferences, advance directive documentation, and review procedures that must be reviewed at least annually.

Authorizes POST execution by a patient with capacity, or by an agent, guardian, or surrogate for minors or incapacitated adults, with signatures required from the physician and relevant parties.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for physicians and health-care providers acting in good faith under the act, but imposes liability of $500 or actual damages (whichever is greater) for intentional violations and $2,500 or actual damages for falsification, forgery, or coercion.

Grants courts authority to enjoin or order equitable relief regarding physician orders for scope of treatment and establishes that health-care providers unwilling to comply must transfer patients to willing providers while continuing at least requested care.
