Requires inmates eligible for parole, post-release supervision, or probation to receive written and verbal notice before release that includes: release date, maximum supervision period, conditions of release, and grounds for reincarceration.

Notifies inmates that their person, residence, and vehicle are subject to search or seizure by probation/parole officers or peace officers at any time, with or without warrant or cause.

Requires Mississippi Department of Corrections to list paroled or probationed individuals on the National Crime Index Computer indicating their supervision status and duration for reference purposes.

Applies only to inmates eligible for release after July 1, 2014, and clarifies that law enforcement cannot conduct searches solely for harassment purposes.

Amends existing parole, post-release supervision, probation, and earned probation statutes to require the releasing entity to provide the prescribed notification before inmate release.
