Adds justice court judges to the definition of "judicial office" under Mississippi's Nonpartisan Judicial Election Act (Section 23-15-975).

Sets the filing fee for justice court judge candidates at $15.00, the same as county court and family court judges (Section 23-15-977).

Removes justice court judges from party nomination procedures by striking them from the list of offices requiring candidates to pay party nomination fees (Section 23-15-297).

Requires justice court judge candidates to file with circuit clerks of their proper county rather than with the State Board of Election Commissioners.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
