Amends Section 33-15-14 of the Mississippi Code to include the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians in the state's emergency management planning and coordination efforts.

Requires the emergency management agency to sponsor and develop mutual aid plans and agreements between Mississippi political subdivisions and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, similar to mutual aid arrangements with other states.

The mutual aid agreements are to be developed unless otherwise instructed by the Governor.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
