Lowers the age threshold in Section 21-23-7 for first-time misdemeanor offenders in municipal court to seek expunction from twenty-three to twenty-six years old.

Expands felony expunction eligibility under Section 99-19-71 to include persons convicted of possession or possession with intent to sell controlled substances, in addition to existing eligible offenses.

Removes the one-conviction limit for felony expunctions, allowing persons under age eighteen at time of offense and those convicted of specified misdemeanors to petition for multiple expunctions.

Requires municipal courts to automatically expunge records of arrests resulting in release with no disposition, dismissal, or dropped charges without requiring a petition.

Effective July 1, 2014.
