Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-7-25 to add a $15.00 fee for renewal of judgment proceedings in justice court, grouped with existing fees for levy of execution, attachment, and garnishment proceedings.

Clarifies terminology by replacing "expungement" with "expunction" for consistency with current legal language regarding dismissal of criminal charges.

Maintains existing fee structure for justice court including $25.00 uniform civil case fees, $5.00 per additional defendant for service of process, and $25.00 for criminal convictions (except Title 63 traffic violations at $5.00).

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
