Increases the number of circuit judges for the Seventh Circuit Court District from four to five judges, effective July 1, 2014.

Adds a fifth subdistrict (Subdistrict 7-5) to the Seventh Circuit Court District in Hinds County, with each subdistrict electing one judge.

Simplifies the definition of subdistricts by aligning them with existing Hinds County Supervisor Districts 1 through 5, replacing the previous detailed precinct listings.

Maintains the existing structure allowing the court to divide into civil and criminal divisions at the discretion of the senior circuit judge.
