MS HB11

Amends Mississippi Code to require all voting machines be stored in a single location chosen by a majority of election commissioners, with the location maintained as secure at all times.

Requires the custodian of voting machines to visit the central storage location 25 days before an election to count and verify that all machines needed for the election are present.

Replaces previous language allowing machines to be stored in "a suitable place" with the requirement of one designated location selected by election commissioners.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
