Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to residents of Mississippi who support Moss Point High School, subject to payment of all standard taxes, fees, and an additional $30 annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of each additional fee for county general funds; remaining fees remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue for distribution to the State Treasury.

From each $30 additional fee collected, distributions are made as follows: $24 to Moss Point School District for academic programs, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors issue up to two license decals per distinctive tag expiring concurrently with the vehicle's registration year; replacement tags cost $10 with 5% retained by tax collector and remainder distributed like original fees.

Effective July 1, 2014; distinctive tags must replace regular license tags which are surrendered to the tax collector upon issuance.
