Creates a state court cause of action for employees who experience unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other physical conduct of a sexual nature prohibited by federal law.

Entitles victims of sexual harassment to pursue all civil remedies, including damages, in Mississippi courts.

Prohibits employers from waiving or conditioning employment on waiving this cause of action through contracts or agreements.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
