Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to residents supporting Forest High School upon payment of standard taxes, fees, and an additional $30 fee.

County tax collectors retain $2.00 from each additional fee for the county general fund, with remainder remitted monthly to Department of Revenue.

Distributes each $30 additional fee as follows: $24 to Forest High School for scholarships, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for county general fund and remainder distributed like regular distinctive tag fees.

Effective July 1, 2014, with distinctive tags valid concurrently with vehicle registration year and renewable annually.
