Amends Section 75-76-34 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that schools and training institutions teaching gaming employee courses may be located only in counties where gaming is legal under the Mississippi Gaming Control Act.

Restricts gaming education courses at state institutions of higher learning and public community colleges to counties where gaming is legally conducted and where the institution is located.

Applies the geographic restriction to courses in gaming management (accounting, hospitality, marketing, finance, security), casino hospitality services, cage and count operations, and slot machine maintenance.

Maintains existing Mississippi Gaming Commission authority to regulate gaming schools and training institutions through licensing requirements, fingerprinting, curriculum standards, and background investigations.
