Department of Finance and Administration, on behalf of the Mississippi State Veterans Affairs Board and Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford, shall convey all rights, title, and interest in specified real property to the Mississippi Transportation Commission without compensation.

Property to be transferred is located in the City of Oxford, Lafayette County, Mississippi, consisting of approximately 3.14 acres (136,942 square feet) situated in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 9 South, Range 3 West.

Conveyance includes abutter's rights of access related to the proposed right-of-way line between designated points H-1 and H-2 as shown on the Right-of-Way Acquisition maps for the highway project (Project No. 102168-202000).

Property transfer is intended for highway construction purposes, with the right-of-way lying between Veterans Drive and State Route 7.

Act becomes effective upon passage.
