Prohibits betting or wagering on boxing, sparring, and wrestling matches authorized by the Mississippi Athletic Commission, except for lawful gaming activities regulated under the Mississippi Gaming Control Act.

Removes the fixed annual salary of $32,500 for the commission chairman and allows the commission to set the salary amount instead.

Establishes that no officer or employee of the Mississippi Athletic Commission may receive a salary exceeding that of the chairman.

Allows the commission to accept, budget, receive, and expend funds from public or private sources for purposes related to performing its duties.

Extends jurisdiction of the Mississippi Athletic Commission to include tough-man contests and kickboxing competitions; effective July 1, 2014.
