Increases the filing fee for petitions to expunge an offense from $150.00 to $152.00 under Mississippi Code Section 99-19-72.

Adds a new $2.00 fee distribution to the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund from each expungement petition filing fee.

Creates a special Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund in the State Treasury to be administered by the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation for legal service centers statewide.

Allows the fund to accept monies from public or private sources, retain year-end balances without lapsing to the General Fund, and deposit earned interest back into the fund.

Makes the act effective July 1, 2014, with fund monies subject to legislative appropriation and limited to judicial system operation as determined by the Supreme Court.
