Removes specific statutory fee amounts for health care facility licensure and inspection, authorizing the State Board of Health to set fees instead for hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospices, and related institutions.

Increases maximum hospital renewal fee from Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

Changes hospital "user fee" for facility additions, renovations, and expansions from a fixed range ($50-$5,000) to an hourly rate of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) based on actual time spent.

Applies fee-setting authority across multiple facility types including nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, adult foster care facilities, hospices, and institutions for the aged or infirm.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
