Authorizes the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) to provide travel advances to personnel of emergency management support forces while on duty, whether within or outside the state.

Travel advances are provided at MEMA's discretion under the authority granted in Section 25-1-79 of Mississippi Code.

Personnel of emergency management support forces remain entitled to reimbursement for all actual and necessary travel and subsistence expenses, in addition to the option of receiving travel advances.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
