Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-101-15 to restrict the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning from compelling nonprofit corporations organized under Section 501(c)(3) that support the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children at the University of Mississippi Medical Center to execute governing agreements.

Prohibits the board from exercising governance authority over such nonprofit corporations and requires the board to encourage charitable contributions for the Batson Hospital.

Prevents the board from requiring the University of Mississippi Medical Center to execute agreements with nonprofit corporations as a condition for receiving donated funds for the Batson Hospital.

Takes effect upon passage.
