Revises the nomination process for the seven-member State Board of Pharmacy by replacing the previous system where the Mississippi Pharmacists Association submitted nominee lists to the Governor

Establishes a new ballot-based nomination system where licensed pharmacists vote to nominate candidates, with the board secretary mailing nomination ballots to all licensed pharmacists in the state

Requires both the nominating pharmacist and nominee to be residents of the specific post district where the vacancy occurs

Mandates the board secretary certify the five nominees receiving the highest votes to the Governor, who may select from those names or choose another qualified person

Disqualifies nominees who have been convicted of a felony or placed on probation by the board
