Adds a registered nurse practitioner member from the Mississippi Board of Nursing to the State Board of Medical Licensure effective July 1, 2014

Nurse practitioner shall serve in an ex officio nonvoting capacity on the nine-physician board

Maintains existing requirement that all physician board members have graduated from accredited medical schools and have at least six years of medical practice experience

Preserves existing restrictions on physician board composition: no more than two faculty members from University of Mississippi School of Medicine and no more than four members from the same Mississippi Supreme Court district
