Amends Section 73-21-153 of the Mississippi Code to extend the exclusion period for certain insurance companies from the definition of "pharmacy benefit manager" under the Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act.

Extends the exclusion date from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2016 for insurance companies that provide integrated health benefit plans and do not separately contract for pharmacy benefit management services.

After July 1, 2016, insurance companies will only be excluded from the pharmacy benefit manager definition if they are not providing pharmacy benefit manager services as defined in Section 73-21-179.

Maintains exemptions for the pharmacy benefit manager of the Mississippi State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan and the Mississippi Division of Medicaid when performing pharmacy benefit manager services.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
