Reauthorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags displaying the emblem of public junior colleges or community colleges in Mississippi, effective July 1, 2014.

Vehicle owners may purchase special license tags for an additional annual fee of $50.00 upon registration and payment of standard motor vehicle taxes and fees.

Fee distribution allocates $32.50 per tag to the respective junior or community college, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and the remainder to the State Highway Fund.

Tax collectors retain 5% of the additional fee for deposit into the county general fund, with remaining fees remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Requires colleges to design their own emblem for the special license tag and establishes July 1, 2017 as the deadline for colleges to meet requirements under Section 27-19-44(2) to have tags prepared and issued.
