Amends Section 27-104-155 of Mississippi Code to require the Department of Finance and Administration's searchable website to include detailed information on state agency actions related to public purchases and contracts made through competitive bids, negotiations, or request for proposals processes.

Website must include comprehensive disbursement information such as entity names, fund amounts, funding sources, budget programs, authorization documents, performance outcomes, and links to related state audits.

Requires agencies to provide all transaction data to the Department of Finance and Administration within 14 days of expenditure, grant award, or contract execution, with website updates required within 14 days of data receipt.

All transactions initiated in fiscal year 2015 or later must be included on the website, and all data must remain publicly accessible for a minimum of 10 years.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
