Increases the maximum number of package retailer's permits that a person may own or control from one to six permits.

Prohibits a person's spouse, relatives living in the same household, or other household members from owning additional package retailer's permits that would cause the combined total to exceed six permits.

Makes conforming amendments to Section 67-1-37 to reference the updated subsection numbering in Section 67-1-51.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
