Amends Section 15-1-13 of the Mississippi Code to require the non-prevailing party in an adverse possession action to pay all court costs and attorney's fees to the prevailing party.

Maintains existing adverse possession law allowing 10 years of actual, uninterrupted possession to vest full title in the occupant or possessor.

Preserves existing protections for persons under disability (minority or unsoundness of mind) to sue within 10 years after disability removal, with a 31-year maximum extension.

Maintains requirement that landowners must file written notice with the chancery clerk within 10 years if a fence or driveway is built without permission to prevent adverse possession claims.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
