Increases the monthly supervision fee for offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, earned probation, or other field supervision from $55.00 to $60.00.

Requires the Department of Corrections to deposit $55.00 of each $60.00 payment into the Community Service Revolving Fund to support restitution centers, satellite centers, the Drug Identification Program, and intensive field supervision operations.

Allocates the remaining $5.00 from each payment as follows: $3.00 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund and $2.00 to the Training Revolving Fund.

Allows hardship waivers for up to 90 days and caps the payment requirement at 10 years maximum per offender.

The section repeals June 30, 2015.
