Repeals sections 75-23-1 through 75-23-27 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, known as the "Unfair Cigarette Sales Law"

Amends Section 27-69-5 to replace references to the repealed sections with references to Sections 75-23-31 through 75-23-43 in provisions governing tobacco distributor, wholesaler, dealer, and retailer permits

Updates permit revocation authority to reference the new section numbers for enforcement provisions related to tobacco sales

Takes effect July 1, 2014
