Makes it unlawful for unions or labor unions to engage in mass picketing or mass demonstrations that obstruct or unreasonably interfere with free access to places of business or private residences.

Prohibits unions from using equipment or objects to block ingress/egress to businesses or residences, or from interfering with residents' right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

Defines "mass picketing and mass demonstration" as picketing that actually prevents reasonable free access to an entrance by obstructing with a person's body or placing vehicles/physical obstructions.

Makes violations a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500, jail time of up to six months, or both; specifies that advancing labor dispute objectives is not a valid defense.

Allows businesses and property owners to seek injunctive relief without proving irreparable harm when mass picketing occurs, effective July 1, 2014.
