Increases fee for service on each additional defendant at same household from $1.00 to $5.00 for sheriffs under Section 25-7-19.

Revises constable and marshal fees under Section 25-7-27 to charge uniform $35.00 fee for service of process in both civil and criminal cases (previously civil cases only).

Adds $35.00 fee for marshals and constables serving process issued from outside the county where service occurs.

Removes language allowing additional $15.00 fees for constables when erroneous defendant information is provided by the complaining party.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
