Increases base salaries for all sheriffs in Mississippi, effective October 1, 2014, with amounts varying by county population according to the latest federal decennial census.

Raises sheriff salaries across all population categories, ranging from $70,000 for counties with populations not exceeding 9,500 to $105,000 for counties exceeding 200,000.

Allows county Boards of Supervisors in specified counties (Leflore, Rankin, Tunica, Wilkinson, Marshall, and Greene) to provide additional annual supplements up to $10,000 based on unique operational circumstances.

Makes annual supplements mandatory for Neshoba County ($10,000) and Hinds County ($15,000) in addition to base salary.

Permits all other county Boards of Supervisors to provide discretionary annual supplements up to $10,000, with supplements not duplicative of those already authorized for specific counties.
