Expands coverage of Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Death Benefits Trust Fund to include coroners and emergency management agency personnel, effective July 1, 2015.

Increases death benefit payment from $65,000 to $100,000 for covered individuals killed or fatally injured while performing official duties.

Expands coverage of Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Disability Benefits Trust Fund to include coroners and emergency management agency personnel, effective July 1, 2015.

Allows transfer of funds from the Uninsured Motorist Identification Fund to the Death Benefits Trust Fund if the Department of Public Safety determines death benefits funds are insufficient, effective upon passage.

Includes firefighters who conduct training at the Mississippi State Fire Academy and constables within the definition of covered individuals.
