Amends Chapter 904, Local and Private Laws of 1998 to authorize board members of the Tallahatchie County Correctional Authority to receive per diem compensation for attending meetings.

Board members may receive up to two per diem payments of $75.00 each for attendance at authority meetings per month, with a maximum total of $150.00 per month dependent on actual attendance.

Previously, board members served without compensation; this change allows the Tallahatchie County Board of Supervisors to authorize per diem payments at its discretion.

The bill maintains all other existing provisions regarding the authority's structure, powers, management contracts, and operational standards.
