Appropriates $14,140,794 from special funds for administrative expenses of the Public Employees' Retirement System Board of Trustees and maintenance/operation of the Retirement System Building for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 163 permanent full-time positions and 1 part-time position, with restrictions preventing Fiscal Year 2016 personal services appropriations from exceeding FY 2015 levels without legislative approval.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received raises since July 1, 2010.

Appropriates an additional $8,400,000 for a replacement computer system and establishes a Building Repair and Maintenance Fund with up to $500,000 annual authority for building repairs and renovations.

Authorizes specific personnel actions including reallocation of 6 positions ($62,522), reclassification of 25 positions ($94,541), 10 educational benchmarks ($42,410), and MIS Compensation Plan funding ($28,619).
