Appropriates $1,497,792.00 from the Real Estate License Fund to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 14 permanent full-time positions for the commission with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010 and earn less than $30,000 annually as of June 30, 2014.

Restricts future salary increases to no more than 5% for employees without raises since July 1, 2010, with exemptions for teacher increments, career ladder advancement, professional certifications, and replacements of departing employees.

Requires the commission to maintain accounting and personnel records comparable to fiscal year 2014 standards and give purchasing preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal.
