Appropriates $2,282,133.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the State Board of Medical Licensure for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 24 full-time permanent positions for the board with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Provides $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually as of June 30, 2014, who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010.

Restricts future salary increases to 5% maximum without prior increase since July 1, 2010, with exemptions for teacher increments, career ladder advancement, professional certifications, and legislative authorizations.

Takes effect July 1, 2014, and requires the board to maintain accounting records and submit budget requests in the same format as fiscal year 2014.
